Job Description Company : Google Company Profile: The Global Sales Support team works closely with in market sales teams to collaboratively shape digital solutions that drive the advertiser?’s strategic initiatives and help Google?’s major advertising clients and agencies develop digital solutions that build their businesses and brands. You will partner closely with the Google Sales team who help Google’s advertisers grow their business using Google’s products (including search, display advertising, TV, and YouTube). You will develop deep product knowledge of Google products and leverage these skills to provide multi-product solution support to our in-market sales team. • Work with leadership teams to implement tracking and reporting of operations metrics across the EMEA programs. Identify and prioritize top challenges and key strategic growth opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive performance analysis of Global operations, putting data models and analytics in place that provide a platform for strategic decision making.
• Perform large scale data analysis and modeling to identify opportunities for improvement and measure the impact of initiatives to make noticeable improvements based on impact and feedback.
• Partner with operations and engineering to develop and define new and improved tool, workflow and operational initiatives. Plan, design and track pilot initiatives and impacts and provide operational finance supporting including tracking spend against budget, measuring and driving financial productivity.
• Take a lead role in global processes for budget and forecast management, including coordinating project prioritization, regional headcount and performing budget vs. actual analysis.

• BA/BS degree in an analytical subject (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, Maths, Science etc.) or equivalent practical experience.

• Excellent project management experience, ability to define projects and execute within timelines and with multiple stakeholders. Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to budget.
• Analytically-minded, logical thinker with strong problem solving skills and ability to make trade-offs.
• Team player and self starter with strong interpersonal and solution oriented attitude and an ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast paced, constantly evolving team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize information and see the big picture while effectively managing details.
• Excellent spreadsheet modeling, presentation, and SQL skills; statistical, quantitative modeling and forecasting skills.
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally and cross geography with all levels of management within Google and have exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
