Designation : Technical Support / Customer Support Executive/ Payroll & Audit Manager
Job Description: Technical Support Engineer, you will be given the opportunity to exceed client and company expectations by answering inbound calls to provide outstanding technical support. You will touch all aspects of technical support from troubleshooting to escalation of complex issues. As a Technical Support Consultant you will also have the opportunity to:
Multi-task and interact with several applications simultaneously
Communicate suggestions for program enhancement to the Program Manager or Supervisor
Customer Support Executive As a Customer Support Chat Consultant, you will be answering inbound calls and/or multiple simultaneous live chat sessions to provide exceptional customer service to consumers. Consultants also provide tier 1 troubleshooting on a variety of products and services. As a Customer Support Chat Consultant you will also have the opportunity to:
Multi-task and interact with several contacts simultaneously via live chat
Communicate suggestions for program enhancement to the Program Manager or Supervisor
Receive paid training to prepare you to meet and exceed all client and company performance specifications
Act with the highest degree of professionalism to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Payroll & Audit Quility
Quality Assurance / Operation Excellence
• Implement best-practice quality assurance processes and measures in the KL HR Shared Services Center.
• Track and measure key payroll metrics and KPIs, benchmarking against industry standards.
• Ensure the quality of service intake processes
• Work with Risk Management partners to perform regular reviews designed to meet internal audit standards.
• Manage routine processes, such as annual compensation planning cycle.
Process Improvement
• Utilize continuous improvement techniques to identify and implement process improvements.
• Routinely review and monitor payroll operations to identify areas of potential risk.
• Manage remediation of internal and external audit issues.
• Manage new QA-related initiatives in the KL Service Center
• Assess gaps and/or issues through a global or regional lens and recommend resolutions that are aligned with the *HRIM Guiding Principles
Project Management
• Liaison with the APAC service delivery team and lead projects related to Payroll QA improvement efforts, as assigned.
• Support communication of progress to key stakeholders
Qualification : Diploma or GED
Selection Criteria :Aptitude Test & Grammar test / Project Manager / HR (Final )
