Experience - 2.5 to 6 years
Job Role :
- Atleast 2 years experience in US STAFFING ( Healthcare Industry) as recruiter is must.
- Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting,candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc)
- Must have good understanding of Technical recruitments - US Staffing for the Healthcare industry.
- Prior experience in closing C-level executives and management level positions is a must.
- Solicits and identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the - Internet to determine,skills, experience, areas for geographic employment, preferences, availability and visa status.
- Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner
- Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
- Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level
- Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position
- Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidates experience and requirement
- Update the Resourcing Application System routinely.
- Should be very comfortable in screening the candidates from various job boards.
- Well versed with US recruitment operations.
- Excellent skills of interviewing C-level candidates from the Healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate salaries and wages.
- Ability to hire for different positions like Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Permanent Placements.
- Must have knowledge of various taxation policies relating to OPT, CPT, C2C, W2, 1099, EAD,GC and Citizens
- Should have expertise in sourcing through various Job Boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder,Yahoo Hot Jobs,Corp to Corp
- Must have Excellent Sourcing skills - Head Hunting, Mapping, Networking, Referrals, Social Websites, Portals, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
