Job Summary: The person shall be responsible to serve and understand customers needs and for making sure that customer related activities are done within stipulated time frame. Key Responsibility Areas: -Resolving issues raised by existing customers on India MART website. -Get the feedback from the customer to give them smooth services. -Retention/Renewal of Paid customers over phone. -As a consultant to the client, suggesting/recommending suitable services/solutions to client. -Upgrade existing Customers & make the closures over telephone. -Achieve daily Call targets.
