Job Description

 Client Service Executive in a funded startup (0 – 2 year)- Upselling profile- Sell service plan/packages to interested customers. Qualified leads will be given from company side

 Benefits:

  • Day job (10 am- 7 pm) and no rotation for night shifts
  • We don’t work on second Saturday. Second Saturday Off.

Preferred:
1. Fluent in english
2. Age should be 25 or below 25
3. Exp range should be 0-2 yrs only.
4. Exp should be only into telesales/outbound/ targets/Customer relationship/retention/telemarketing,upselling/cross selling. other exp candidates will get rejected.
4. Only normal graduates. NO MBA/MCA/ Msc/ B.Tech will be selected.
5. Fresher can come for interview only if they are target oriented.

 Responsibilities:

1.) Providing telephonic support to customers who’ve already registered their complaints on our website. 2.) Empathize with them on a personal level and listen to what they are saying 3) Managing and developing relationships with existing & new customers. 3.) Check which service plan suits them the best and convince them to buy that- Upselling. 4)  Identify  opportunities,convert leads and help customers with better solution .
