Assistant HR Manager

  Designation   Assistant Manager, Human Resources   Location: Mumbai   Position Summary   This position will work closely with the Head of HR to identify the current and future needs of the business and design HR strategies, plans, and interventions.  The Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands on HR Management/Generalist experience   Key Responsibilities  

• Assist the HR head in developing, maintaining and overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function pan India
• Partner with the HR head to establish and implement HR strategies that foster the organization and people development
• To assess human resources needs in areas such as employment, performance management, compensation, career development.
• Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
• Partner with HR Head & functional heads to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement activities and training initiatives
• Provide on-going support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures

• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
• Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and a team leader and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
• Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities and comfort with ambiguity
