Job Description

• Taking inbound calls from our US customers
• Providing excellent customer service experience
• Create PNRs, make reservations, and sell airline, hotels, car rental packages.
• Worked/is working in US/UK/International Travel Sales Process for at least an year
• Working on Amadeus/Sabre
• Knowledge of US geography, airport & city codes
• Excellent communication skills
• Speaks to the customers and makes Flights, Hotels, Car bookings on GDS
• 10th & 12th completed from English medium school
