JOB DESCRIPTION: A designer is responsible for the design, layout for websites, design templates, image processing, advertisement, Logo designing, HTML slicing from design templates, having knowledge to deliver a website design template which is multi-browser with all latest CSS applied. JOB SUMMARY: Our company seeks a web designer/developer to assist in the Responsibilities include: designing page layouts and custom graphics, formatting content, creating CSS, converting HTML files from Photoshop documents. Must be able to work in a team environment. Position Roles and Responsibilities:

• Divide their time between Web Development and Web Design.
• Develop web applications/pages using Flash, CSS, Action Script 3, XML and XHTML.
• Design user-friendly and visually appealing websites.
• Design and manage newsletters and other marketing materials for the intranet.
• Give presentations at conferences as well as internal events on web design and intranet.
• Test functionality of websites in various browsers for quality assurance.

• 1 year in designing/developing websites.
• Graduation Required.
• Strict XHTML and CSS.
• Website development and design.
• Adobe Master Collection CS3 (Photoshop, Flash, & Illustrator).
• Creative designer
• Should be good Team player as well as independent smart worker.
• Documentation and communication.
• Having exposure to Visual studio.net IDE would be an Advantage.
• Skills in PHP, XHTML, JavaScript, AJAX, SEO is preferred
