Job Description
To interact regularly with customers to ensure a committed & partnership based relationship.
To maintain outstanding relations with customers to ensure high persist ency levels & to minimize lapses.
To review customers financial arrangements at least once a year.
To provide continuous after sales support to customers as and when required like renewal collection, top-ups, premium redirection, switches, change of address.
