Position Summary: We are looking for a Software Project Manager position to provide work leadership to technical staff for performing complex analysis, design, programming, and unit testing of software applications using agile development methods to deliver leading edge enterprise SaaS enabled (Software as a Service), J2EE distributed software applications for accessible by enterprise users. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and leading highly scalable, multi-tenant, fault tolerant, high performance enterprise applications built for the cloud using open source technologiesJava, J2EE, JSP/JavaScript, Ajax, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL database.

Key Responsibilities:
- Senior technical lead position to provide work leadership to technical staff for performing complex analysis, design, programming, and unit testing of software applications using agile development methods
- Provide process development and contribution to strategic enterprise architecture of the application platform
- Manage delivery of scheduled target product development within assigned time, resource and quality standards.
- Develop software development and enterprise architecture standards that promote shared services, infrastructure, applications, and service-oriented architecture [SOA], to optimize reusability and improve information integration and system interoperability.
- Review and oversee projects to embed architectural standards and practices, eliminate duplicate functionality and system capabilities, identify and mitigate divergencebusiness and IT objectives, goals, or strategies.
- Act as a solutions architect to provide consensus based enterprise solutions that are scalable, adaptable and sustainable with ever changing business needs

Desired Skills and Experience
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience with systems architecture development, partitioning of functionality among applications and components, application interfaces/interoperability, Information Architecture and Governance, Data Architecture principles
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience with Java, Web Programming Skills, Web User Interface Design, Software Requirements, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)/Agile Process, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Software Debugging, JSP/Servlets, CSS, AJAX, (JAX-WS, JAXB), service oriented architecture (SOA), Web Services, Jetty/Tomcat/JBoss, XML, XSLT, JMX, JMS, HTML, DHTML
- Sound experience with build and source control tools and processes (such as Maven and Subversion), Java standards used for implementation of enterprise software. Such as J2EE; Java Persistence API, (JPA)/Hibernate and frameworks (i.e. MVC architecture, Struts, Spring), Eclipse, or other open source, Object-oriented design concepts (OOA/D/P, UML), Web 2.0 concepts, Unix/Linux operating kernel and familiarization with scripting language.
- Good knowledge of Mysql/Postgres (Understanding of SQL queries, stored procedure, DB Design etc).
- Knowledge of NoSQL Db (MongoDB, CouchDB, etc), Amazon Web Services (AWS) will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of secure development techniques and vulnerabilities including the OWASP Top 10.
- Experience in agile development methodology.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
- Ability to manage team on time and manage workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attentio n to details
- Solves problems creatively, with a keen desire to continually learn and grow, motivated by success.
- Masters/Bachelors in Computer Science or comparable work experience demonstrating ability.
