Dell Hiring Experienced Project Manager

• As a Project Manager within the Banking Consulting Group, the person will be responsible for delivery against a plan to create value by delivering a measurable change for a part of the organisation. The role will establish a consistent framework for optimizing the day-to-day utilisation of resources and budget to deliver that measurable change and value creation, in line with the original plan. This person should have good understanding of Payments domain with 6-10 years of experience, having worked on complex assignments for Financial Institutions globally.
• This person will work closely with global product development and management team, (Global and Country), product engineering country stakeholders and operations to deliver the projects within estimated timelines and budgets.
• This person should possess a proven track record of Business Analysis, Consulting, requirements gathering, analysis, design, UAT etc

• As an integral part of the Dell Banking Consulting Team, the person will be responsible for project delivery, planning and tracking.
• Responsible in delivering of project benefits defined by the business on time within budget whilst adhering to organisational quality standards.
• Need to build and maintain project plans and low level project schedules showing and accounting for internal and external dependencies.
• Need to proactively identify and successfully manage any schedule issues and interdependencies with other projects with no unplanned s to the project.
• The person will be responsible to produce detailed project estimates and validate externally provided estimates carefully.
• Assist delivery / implementation teams to provide domain inputs and to ensure delivery and implementation of the proposed solution.
• Interacting with the technical team to ensure that the requirements are clear and well understood.
• Need to evaluate impact of any requested project scope change and presents this to change board for discussion.
• Need to ensure resource requirements/forecasts are built into project schedule and transferred and maintained monthly.
• Responsible for maintaining the project and BAU metrics library (i.e. actuals against estimates)
• Need to set deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes progress of project.
• Oversee and ensure sure our task estimation processes provide an accurate level of effort for activities in the plan
• Need to proactively engage with project team to resolve areas of non process compliance, escalating to the Leadership if needed

• 6-10 years of Industry experience, having worked in Tier-1 IT organizations in BFSI domain with a focus on Project Management.
• Good understanding of the global Payments Landscape, associated instruments (Direct Debits/Direct Credits) and key players for both Retail & Wholesale payments
• Experience in stakeholder management, and should be able to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience in Project Governance, Process and Standards
• Candidate should be strong in project reporting and communication status.
• Candidate should demonstrates good technical and/ or business understanding to manage project effectively
• Experience in Use case Modeling, Creating use cases, workflow diagrams etc.
• Experience in conducting UAT/BAT
• Candidate should be strong in financial management, manage project budgets, controls spending against the planned cost, analyses any variance and takes necessary corrective action to stay on green status for cost, provides timely forecasts and reporting as needed
