• Work with Accounts Managers who are at Competent Systems HQ in Atlanta, GA.
• Minimum 1 yrs to 3 yrs desired experience.
• A Minimum of Two years of recruiting experience desired in Direct Client Recruitment Model in US Staffing.
• Should be well versed with the sourcing methods through the Internet, Job Boards and networking channels.
• Screening and Shortlisting candidates per specific job descriptions.
• Format and edit resumes for submit to end clients/customers.
• Can able to post the requirements in Job portals.
• Knowledgeable in the USA IT Job market.
• Proven track record of opening and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Recent experience IT staffing services is desirable.
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
