Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Make initial customer contact through visits or calls
- Identify business opportunities and target markets
- Generate sales lead by fixing appt.
- Identify each potential customer’s needs
- Formulate business proposals according to customers’ business need
- Negotiate prices and variations in prices and specifications
- Manage account management and expansion activities
- Develop new opportunities and close existing ones
- Build meaningful relationships within the company and outside
- Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products
- Arrange meetings with potential clients
- Check quantity and quality of products prior to delivery
- Record sales information and maintain customers’ records
- Review self sales performance with a view to improve it
- Converting sales lead to sales plan and prepare calls external and specific to client.
- Collecting all documents to make the sales complete.
- Maintain market intelligence, and prepare reports.
- Willing to work in competitive environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills essential
- Ability to stay calm and centered, providing personable, comforting support, while dealing with varied situations
