SOM group of Companies Are having an opening for Assistant General Manager (AGM Utility) Job Description

• Should be well versed in maintenance of semi auto / auto (Speed 120-240 BPM) bottling lines preferably in liquor manufacturing units.
• Knowledge of operation & maintenance of Hologram Applicators, Inkjet Printers, Auto Sticker labeling machines, Forklifts, Various Drives, Air knife systems is must.
• should be able to carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance for auto and semi auto lines of 240 BPM and 120 BPM lines respectively.
• should be able to carry out maintenance in forklifts.
• should also have experience in conveyor adjustments and V belts.
• For 1.0 million HL/A ,Automatic modern brewery in Central India
• To take charge of all activities i.e. steam.power,refrigeration,CO2  air and water
• Person holding utilities responsibilities of running Brewery 0.6 million HL/A or above.
• F.B. Boiler ( coal fired) 6.0-10.0 T/Hr · 500 KVA substation, DG sets, Refrigeration, 1000 TR with ammonia screw compressors, air compressors, 300 CFM and CO2 recovery plant 200 Kg/Hr. DM and RO water treatment plant.
• Spare parts stock management and Inventory control.
• Good knowledge of Utilities Plants
• Manage Plant, process and Systems.
• Translate and Implement Manufacturing Strategies.
• Good Knowledge of Utilities Plants & Processes i.e.Steam, Air, C02, Diesel.
• Generator, Water Treatment, Waste Water Treatment & Refrigeration and the Maintenance thereof.
• Good skills of trouble shooting and problem solving
• Stock Management and Inventory control.
• Responsible for Annual Shutdown for machines in Bottling Hall.
