IT web developer / web designer - PHP HTML5 MySQL – VISA

We are an online start up at the early stage, working to create a British targeted professional freelancing marketplace. The company has been founded by an MBA engineer with management consulting experience, and can boast other professionals with MBAs or MSCs all coming from British business schools.   We have been accepted into the best start-up accelerator programme currently run in Europe, which will provide us with financial support, office spaces, mentorship and all the best conditions for a start-up to thrive for 1 whole year. In order to complete our team we need a good web developer and web designer, with the potential to learn and work at 360 degrees on all our related IT issues.   Must have requirements •Graduated from an undergraduate course in 2011 or later •Graduated from a postgraduate course (Masters, PhD or MBA) that ended in 2011 or later •HTML5, CSS3, Responsive layouts proficient •PHP 5.5 •MySQL •Flexibility, flexibility, flexibility!   Nice to have requirements •Awareness of SEO and SEM concepts •Good communication skills (especially written) •Capacity of creating and delivering our Email, Affiliate, SEO and PPC campaigns from a technical perspective •Project management skills •Highly self-motivated in achieving results •Proficiency in developing IOS and/or Android app is a plus •Knowledge of other European languages is a plus   A perfect fit We are looking for people who can fully embrace the spirit of a start-up, who are flexible in learning what they are not good at, are “intelligent doers” and can work in autonomy and pro actively within the given responsibilities since beginning.   What we give in exchange •financial contribution for 1 year granted from our accelerator host (£1000 / month net) •in the case of non EU citizens, an entrepreneurial VISA sponsored by the UKTI •possibility of working in an exciting environment of multinational professionals and young entrepreneurs •expert external tutors and mentors who will follow the growth of the company in the first year •possibility of being hired permanently, with a working Visa and a salary aligned to the British standards and experience after the 1 year incubator With the growth of the company this is an ideal initial position for aspiring in very few years to become a manager in an UK based DotCom.   When and where The Selected applicant has to be able to move to Glasgow (with full commitment of spending in this city at least 1 year) in not longer than 1-2 months time (or as soon as the Visa process has completed).
