Designation: Social Media Community Manager   Work Experience:  Minimum – One Year; Maximum – Three Years   Domain: Internet & Social Media Corporate community management; Online Marketing   Job Location: Mumbai   Skills and Qualifications:  

  • Experience in using Social Medial Tools to create online communities
 
  • Sound knowledge of corporate community management and Online Marketing
 
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
 
  • A background in Media, Online Marketing will be an added asset
 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 
  • Ability to perform in a collaborative atmosphere as a Team player
 
  • A Graduate in any discipline
  Responsibilities include:  
  • Managing the social engagement of a vertical
 
  • Building conversations around content and engaging communities
 
  • Assisting in creation of social media champions from amidst the content team
 
  • Ensure constant engagement with the target communities
 
  • Creating and sharing key metrics for SMM activities
 
  • Monitoring Social Media activities and creating online communities
