• An editorial background experience
• Ability to plan and execute across multiple tasks with minimum supervision
• A background in Online Communications/ Content Strategy/ Social Media
• Knowledge / experience of IT industry
• Graduate in any discipline

• Responsible for business development for existing accounts by farming them and identifying additional opportunities as well as identifying new accounts for services business. Making the initial pitch and pilot opportunities for the new accounts.
• Become the customer support interface for all service accounts in the Northern region.
• Content writer who can guide the creative brief discussions with the business owners / marketing team of an IT services client with the sole purpose of:
  • Listing out the essentials for the document under creation, viz. a brochure, flyer, case study or white paper
  • Prepare an initial draft of the document and work with subject experts to complete those documents
• Provide editorial inputs into the first draft of the document in the form of the following:
  • Ensure that it meets the goals of the original creative brief in terms of structure and messaging
  • The various elements support the overall messaging and forms an intrinsic part of the package
  • Ensure that the document is structured in terms of the outcome, viz. audience, key selling points, value prop, call to action etc.
  • A thorough QC on the grammar and punctuation so that the final document is ready for design phase
