Job Purpose |
Drive sales to achieve maximum client acquisition |
Key Result / Responsibility Areas |
Primary Key Responsible Areas :
Ensure each segment (Fabrication, Kiosk, Portable & Modular solutions) meet sales target.
Meet sales targets monthly, quarterly, annually.
Identify & mapping target markets for sales activities to generate leads.
Market mapping, customer mapping, competitor mapping in geography assigned.
Secondary research for data collection for lead generation.
Performing calling & mailer activity for lead generation.
Pro-actively identify sales prospects and do business development activities in the geography assigned.
Extremely strong follow-up on leads till conversions & also generate business through referrals.
Managing negotiations meticulously in terms of closure of leads as wins.
Secondary Key Responsible Areas :
Post client acquisition order execution & management.
Effective & Efficient co-ordination with other departments for seamless execution of the order.
Maintaining & managing customer relations.
Job Requirements |
Educational Qualification : MBA in Marketing from reputed B-school.
Work Experience : 2-3years preferred in Consultative selling ie. Exhibition,
BFSI etc
Key Competencies : An expert in solution selling.

Intensive persuasive sales ability.
Creative & Logical ability to think through turn key solutions for clients.
