We are having an urgent opening for the designation of Regional Manager - Agency Channel in Leading Life Insurance Co. for Mumbai /Navi Mumbai/ Thane/Pune Location.
Job Description
This is a L2 grade profile where Regional Manager will be responsible for handling a team of 4-5 Branch Head/Branch Managers. These Branch Head/Branch Managers will further be handling a team of 8-12 Sales Managers in the Life Insurance-Agency Channel
- Developing and appointing new business partners to expand product reach in the market
- Monitoring and Expansion of sales.
- Recruitment of Business Leaders for high revenue generations through cost effective module.
- Arranging induction/ training programs for Team on various spheres of Life Insurance business: Agent recruitment / IRDA Exam/ Licensing/ Product trainings to Agents/ handholding /motivation etc. Ensuring career growth aspects for teammates.
- Monitoring, recruiting, training & motivating the manpower & ensuring quality deliverables in the market.
- Provide direction, motivation & training to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance.
- Conducting weekly performance reviews, and identifying action steps for improvement.
- Monitor and review against plan and take appropriate course corrections.
- Training the sales team on selling skills both to sales team and distributors
