"Bharti Axa Life Insurance" is hiring for Agency Manager (AM), with CTC Ranges from 2 Lac to 3.5 Lac
Candidates having more than 3 years of experience of sales after Graduation or 1 year of experience in sales after post graduation can apply
Positions Title : Agency Manager (AM)
CTC Range : 2 lac to 3.5 Lac plus Incentives & Variables & Medical Benefits & as per company norms
Experience Required : In Case of Graduate: Minimim 2.5 Years as overall experience, which has to be 1 Year of Sales
In Case of MBA/PGDBM: 1 Year Sales Experience is required

Job Profile:
1) Recruitment of Financial Consultants from own references
2) Training them on the product mix and sales pitch for the products
3) To continuously review performance of own team of Financial Consultants and to improve their productivity on an on going basis
4) Provide leadership and management to the team of Financial Consultants
5) Provide training and monitor development needs of Financial consultants in the team; provide feedback on Financial consultants performance, particularly those with less experience
(Mentor role)
6) Set targets for consultants, review these & consistently raise them
7) To gain customer confidence to manage his/her complete financial portfolio
8) Telemarketing calls to prospective clients and develop market through a process of continuous prospecting
9) Responsible for educating the prospects about our products viz- a- viz competitor products
10) Maintaining team productivity and achieving team and individual targets
11) Undertake joint fieldwork with Insurance Advisors and demonstrate successful sales skills
