LeadNXT have openings for Sales Professionals(CRM & Cloud Based Product) to be part of the Sales team in Delhi/Ncr. Below is a brief Job Description:

Job Location : Noida Reporting to : Sales Manager

1) Scope of the role : Responsible for ideating, creating and selling brand promotions to clients based on the content opportunities available in market. The role includes evangelizing the brand solutions approach to prospective clients. The role would have revenue responsibility.

2)Job Profile : *Proactive scan of the environment to identify prospective clients under the defined verticals to offer Brand Promotions based on content opportunities *Proactive cold calling and selling to prospective clients *Basis the content opportunities/client briefs, ideate & create offerings for the client *Maximize business by doing network deals *Ensure business documentation, collections etc.

3) Key Deliverables : *Understand the various Services of LeadNXT and their content comprehensively *Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts *Stay informed on trends, innovations, and changes in the Brand Promotion *Interacting with clients, media agencies & PR agencies. *Mapping competitors trend *Ensure client satisfaction, engagement and repeat business *Ensure the assigned Revenue Targets are met on a periodic basis *Ensure the Brand Promotion guidelines are respected and adhered to

4) The right person : *MBA with 1-2 years work experience *Minimum exposure of 1-2 years of selling a Online/Web & Cloud product. Preference would be given to candidates with experience in: - Client Servicing *Entrepreneurial attitude with good communication skills *High drive & process orientation with ownership/passion for the job *Be energetic and passionate about their product speciality *Ability to think creatively and out of the box *Be able to work well with a wide range of people from different part of the business *Be able to manage different projects at the same time *Good understanding of the Market *Integrity towards the organization *Smart and pleasing personality *Very aggressive and be able to coordinate with multiple departments *Ability to network well within clients and agencies & also know about forthcoming campaigns
