*Candidate must have excellent communication skills *Sound Convincing Skills *Good Knowledge of computers *Good Interpersonal skills *Great incentives and exciting salary *Max salary is upto 25k inhand with unlimited incentives *Fix shift, 5 days & both side Ac transport. *Average incentives range between 7k to 15k Month *Fixed Shift 04:00 am to 01:00 pm (Mon to Fri) *Fix Saturday/Sunday off Job Role: •Provide best-in-class customer service and resolution to customer queries •Openings in Telecommunication Services •Talk to customers in Australia •Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution. •Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem. •Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed. •Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file. •Mentor other team members and provide coaching and training.
