Fundamental Technical knowhow on system trouble shooting, few prominent knowledge areas are:- • Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (9X, NT, 2000, XP) • Microsoft Office • Network Connectivity • Print Services • E-Mail and Internet mail • Familiar with Lotus Notes and MS Outlook email clients. 2. Excellent communication skills, with neutral accent. 3. Excellent written communication skills with email etiquettes.

Brief description on the job • Responsible in solving Network and system related issues to Clients either through Telephonic or email. • Candidates will be dealing with Us and Uk clients. • Month – on – Month bases, the shift timings will change according to the clients they are dealing with.
