Trainee Support / Complaints Exec./ Test Engineer Grade

Strong experience of complaints handling related to software installation.

Excellent knowledge of various Testing methodologies.

Excellent knowledge of various Testing Techniques on remote desktops.

Experience in fake installations of soft ware separate test will be conducted at CR Bridge Pune.

Capable in building Test Scenario for fake software detection on our testing tool.

Test Case writing experience of complaints handling and correcting codes from remote location.

Defect finding capability and break it mentality

Excellent defect reporting and review tracking skill

Experience in writing test plans for clients.

Out of box thinking capability

Good Analytical and Logical skill

Excellent communication skill

Exposure of client communication.

Should be able to discuss with client the project requirements/ tasks and get the necessary information

Should be able to track his tasks , generate necessary reports for client.

Should have exposure to (STLC) test life cycle, defect tracking systems and test case management systems

      Should be able to research new applications/ systems and test them in the projects

      Should be able to help in setting up internal QA activities or organization

      Knowledge of at least one automation tool as VSTS/ TFS or commercial tool or Open source tool is a definite plus

      Exposure to VSTS-Test Manager is added advantage

      Exposure to unit test coding & nunit/ xunit frameworks is added advantage

      Exposure to SCRUM is added advantage

      Experience working with Sharepoint /dotnet application is added advantage
