Job Profile :-
– Supervises the day to day activities of team members within the telemarketing call center operations. – Monitors calls to observe employee demeanor, sales technique, and conformity to policies. – Provides direction and guidance to ensure consistent achievement of daily/monthly sales goals. – Supports telemarketing representatives on calls with escalating issues. – Achieve, measure, report and communicate goal attainment for assigned team. – Develops and maintains area specific records, reviews and interprets reports. – Ensures accurate and timely communication of issues to Manager. – Assist with managing team and personal development through coaching and training to achieve &/or exceed performance objectives. – Uses coaching and counseling procedures to correct on-going problems. – Trains new employees and serves as a resource for information to new and existing employees. – Responsible for progressive performance of team members. – Maintains positive morale while accomplishing sales goals. – Performs other duties as assigned.
