Duties and Tasks / Essential Functions
Obtain client information by answering / making telephone calls; collecting and verifying information
Determine eligibility by comparing client / customer information to requirements
Inform clients / customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures
Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities
Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Focuses and guides self and team members in accomplishing work objectives
Skills/Qualifications:
Experienced candidates who are Graduates (candidates who are pursuing their degree through correspondence or have arrears can also apply) or Engineering Graduates. Certificates no bar / not a criteria
Proper phone etiquette
Good English Communication Skills with the ability to speak and write clearly & accurately
Effective listening skills
Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Attention to Detail & Professionalism
Must be able to sit for long periods of time / Position requires use of headset / microphone
Multi-tasking
Must be willing to work in the Night Shift
Willingness to join immediately or at a short notice
Experience in the HEALTHCARE / EDUCATION / IT SALES (WEBSITES) / TELECOM (AT & T) vertical is a must for experienced candidates
