Job Description

Qualifications: :-processing environment • Basic understanding of regulatory and legislative knowledge • Intermediate understanding of client administrative environment • Ability to distinguish between an isolated participant issue versus a more systematic issue • Ability to properly identify and document a system defect

:-Education and Certifications • Bachelor’s degree or work experience required

:-Work Experience • Previous benefits knowledge highly desirable • Entry-level BAs normally come from the external market, primarily through campus recruiting • Experienced BAs normally come from the external market, primarily from other consulting companies • Ability to read client plan(s) and provisions and understand how that translates to the ongoing

Job Description • Executes year-end processing • Identifies potential production defects and submits via defect submission process • Provides day to day client and third-party administrator contact for participant processing inquires • Executes participant issue resolution and ensures proper documentation and follow-up takes place • Executes manual processing with proper documentation and follow-up • Manages inbound/outbound data quality checks • Identifies process improvement opportunities
