Client Servicing

We are looking for a Client Service Manager. This position requires a dynamic and energetic person with experience interfacing with multiple teams. CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 1. Satisfaction of client needs through effective communication by responding to client requirements as specified in the contract or Statement of Work (SOW) 2. Act as primary point of contact with customers and development team with regards to all aspects of the project 3. Understanding project requirements, timelines and costs and communicating to team members and ensuring compliance. 4. Providing account leadership to the service delivery directing teams to develop solutions to meet contract deliverables. 5. Generating revenues through renewals and up-selling.
