Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Manager is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining all customer relationships and associated revenue streams for enterprise accounts.  Individual will ensure that territorial quotas are met and exceeded on a regular basis. Hands-on, field based role that will be responsible for developing and executing the local strategy for coordinating all business and customer sales activity in enterprise accounts.

 Responsibilities Cultivate and hunt for new enterprise accounts, commercial, SLED (State, Local, and Education) accounts. Primary contact for all customer related opportunities, issues and business needs for enterprise accounts Lead generation and business development to ensure that pipeline is adequately maintained and grown to assigned levels on a regular basis. Responsible for account and sales pipeline management Constant updating of CRM and reporting management. Recommends and supports all local enterprise events within territory to further ensure company presence at the enterprise level with a focus on account development. Clear communication throughout the organization of all activities transpiring in the enterprise accounts within that assigned territory Development of territory business plans, strategies and delivery timely/accurate forecasts. Responsible for closing enterprise deals with minimal assistance from management

Skills and Experience A proven success with enterprise sales is necessary ideally within Sales industry 1+ Years sales experience in sales Ability to interact within customer at all levels Consistent follow through and follow up with customers required Excellent time management skills Excellent organization and management skills – attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated strategic thinker and Independent worker, takes initiative Willingness to travel Capable of hands-on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions Fluency in English and Hindi
