Meeting with Customers/Agents for Inbound and Domestic Tour Packages. Designing & Preparing Itineraries & Domestic Holiday packages for customers. - Handling Bookings & Documentation - Processing Bookings by coordinating with operations Team Good Communication written and verbal Indian Destinations Knowledge would be an advantage. Attending to customer queries through emails and phones calls Sending Proposals for Hotels, Preparing Itineraries for Holiday packages. Experience with travel & tourism industry and corporate sales are preferable. Develop Inbound and domestic packages suggest interesting travel routes or places of interest to the clients Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages. Minimum 1 year of experience in the tour/travel agency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Must have good computer knowledge, specifically, Microsoft Word, Excel and Email. Strong interpersonal skills and customer relationship management. Must be results-oriented, creative and energetic. Ability to work independently and handle customer/agents requirements.
