Content Executive

Introduction

YouTellMe Media Pvt. Ltd. has an immediate job opening for a Content Executive. We are a fast growing online comparison website based in Mumbai and we are looking to hire a Content Executive who will be responsible for the on site content and content related activities of Youtellme.com. This person will define and implement best practices and work closely with the management of the company.

Position Summary:

Job Functions:

Writing brief descriptions for the brands, categories and products

Finding and adding specifications to the products using website interface

Finding and adding images to the products using web interface

Matching retailer driven offers with products on Youtellme.com

Merging duplicate products using web interface

Move and shift products which are wrongly categoriesed to the correct categories

Mapping retailer categories to Youtellme.com categories

Moderating user-written reviews.

Checking and correcting product names, descriptions and specifications using our web interface

Adding new products that doesnt exist in our database.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

HSC (12th Pass) or equivalent (Students pursuing their education can also apply for Part time opportunities)

Prior work experience in internet environment will be given preference

Basic computer (microsoft office) and internet skills

Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations.

Ability to grasp technical and business problems and be able to quickly formulate ideas with complete information.

Ability to write short content for products, categories etc in English.

You should be able to find relevent data on the internet for specific products on your own.

You should be able to provide feedback and suggestions for the platform based on your findings

Basic HTML knowledge is a value addition

Affiliation with consumer electronics is a value addition

Basic SEO knowledge is a value addition

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Self motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently.
