Domestic Operator

Candidate will be taking care of all the queries of B2B & B2C. - Coordinate with the ticketing department to see the packages for customer. - coordinate with supplier for the updated price list of the hotel accommodation & route & price. - will always be in touch & in coordination for the promotional packages from the venders. - will cross check the Costing , E-mail formatting, booking detail & booking done by executive. - must know how to make proposals, Itiniery & Costing. - Should have complete product knowledge of Domestic Tours. - have to handle the customer issues. - will also play a major role in product development. - Preparing the MIS of Monthly Sales Report & sending it to the reporting manager. - Ability to work in flexible timings.
