• The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors (free lancer) & support / train them to enable them procure insurance policies from the market & subsequently service the customers. • Recruitment & retention of quality Advisors is a key challenge owing to competition and given that it may not be the sole source of income the motivation to become advisors is low. • Dependency on support functions for the issuance of policies & delivery can impact client relationships. • Fluctuations in the market are a challenge since it can impact sales directly. • Increasing competition in the markets • Compliance & regulatory environment • Any graduate with age between 24 to 40 Years. • Applicant would be signing a 2 year-indemnity bond with Aditya Birla Financial Services. • Applicant MUST NOT have any blood relatives currently working with Aditya Birla Group. • Applicant MUST NOT have been interviewed by Aditya Birla Group in the past 6 months. • Applicant MUST NOT have worked with Aditya Birla Group. • Applicant should submit any one of your original educational certificate to the bank for 2 years • Applicant should be ready to undergo 1 month residential training. • Any other criteria that Aditya Birla Group may in its discretion specify.
