Its a Airtel Outbound Process:-

  • The candidates should have good communication skills.
  • Candidates should have influencing power.
  • Candidates should have convincing power for meeting the sales target.
  • Candidates should have the ability to fulfill their targets with full dedication.
  • Salary is based on meeting the sales target by achieving the number of activations of Post/new mobile connections.
  • Maximum salary will be 15000 on 47 activation and minimum will be 8500 on 25 activation.
  • First month their will be no targets.
