Job Description

1. Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales. 2. Should have the ability to work as an Executive assistant to CEO. 3. To handle the HR responsibility starting from making the JD, posting on Portals, calling, short-listing, conducting interview, Negotiating for salary, feedback, and all the other formalities which are required to be completed when an employee joins the organisation. 4. Ensure policies and procedures are communicated and followed. 5. Maintaining all the files related to HR/Admin Dept. 6. Should be able to maintain the records for the details of the employees, their salary, attendance, distribution etc. 7. To handle the communication with all the vendors, their payments and services. 8. Maintain necessary inventory levels, order materials, route deliveries and pickups. 9. Should be able to make PO’s. 10. Maintain branch security, opening and closing of branch, oversee cash deposit activity. 11. To get the best thing in cheapest price, without negotiating with the quality. 12. Making arrangements for events and guest. 13. To handle the petty cash of the branch. 14. Maintain the account for day to day activities. 15. Should have the knowledge of the all activities related to bank. 16. Should be presentable and have the excellent communication skills. 17. Should have excellent knowledge of Ms-Office. 18. Should have excellent typing speed. 19. And all other responsibilities handed over.
