Hiring Technical Support Specialists

*  Strong command of English language to communicate with English speaking clients (Written and Verbal skills)

*  Knowledge of troubleshooting personal electronic devices (e.g., personal computers, smart phones, tablets), network devices, online downloads, transactions, applications, software, and hardware issues

*  Proficient in using smart mobile technology, such as Android device, iPhone, iPad, iTouch, Palm Pre, Amazon Kindle, and eReader (Preferred)
