Job Title : US IT Recruiter Exp : 0 - 3 years Work location : Remote Shift Timings : 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (India Time) / (Mon to Fri) EST (US Time) Salary : As per Industry Norms. Qualification : Any Graduate/Post Graduate Job Responsibilities: ? Identify candidates (US Citizens, GC, H1B’s) using Job Portals and Social website with required skills. ? Required extensive phone screening, interview and negotiate salaries of the candidate. Would be required to work closely with US Clients and fill their requirements. Required Skills: ? Any graduate or post graduate. ? Willing to work in night shift. ? Excellent communication skills.
