Roles and Responsibilities: Handling Student counseling over the phone Handling inbound and outbound calls related to admissions & counseling. Handling student’s queries pertaining to courses. Documentation related to Admission procedure. Candidate must be creative, ready to work independently Doing follow-ups of unconfirmed students.
