Location: Mumbai for all Locations Position: Area Manager Business Development (Main Role as BD Project Sale/Product Approved) Experience: 4-10 yrs Education: Any Graduate + Degree or PG Marketing Preferred Industries/Co/Products .: Tiles/Ceramic, Sanitary, Paints, Plywood, Laminates, Building Materials Chemicals, any building material product, etc. Job Description: � To meet architects, interior designers, builders To get the Product Approved for Project Sales through Architect/ Interior Designer / Contractor / Builder etc. To help the team in enhancing the sales Organizing and conducting various promotional activities such as exhibitions, dealers meets, Contractor & Painter Meets, as a part of market development and brand building effort. Enhance the Brand Visibility To Measure the Potential Market - & Make Strategy Accordingly. Keep eye on Upcoming & Existing Project in Respective territory. * Responsible for meeting the clients and delivered the quotes, offers and in turn converting them into prospective customers. * Handling touch with giant clients in the field of construction, consultants, architects, contractors and engineers. * Tracking competitor activities for both primary and secondary sales in retail sales market. * Sales analysis and feedback on product performance, trend in market, range analysis etc. * Generating reports on primary and secondary wise sales. * Building rapport with architects and builders. * Tailoring solutions to customers needs.
