Delivery Lead-US Recruitment

Pragna has offices in Bangalore, India and Seattle, USA. Recruiting Lead is responsible for: 1. Leading a team of technical recruiters and helping them in their day to day recruiting activity to meet their goals. 2. Should be able to resolve issues within the team and interact well with client managers. 3. Ability to interface with Clients and understand their needs and attend regular weekly and monthly meetings and set deliverables accordingly 4. Provide Training for new team members and help on-boarding 5. Get hands on and work on job boards and assist team members to meet their goals. Skills Required: 1. Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills 2. Must have at least 4+ years of experience in Staffing field and 1+ year in US staffing 3. Must have worked in the capacity of a lead with proven success and met deliverables 4. Well versed with the US IT Staffing terms like W2, Corp-Corp, 1099 and visa types like H1B, EAD, GC, TN Permit & OPT/CPT 5. Must be able to talk about various technologies and current trends and possess knowledge about IT and non IT sectors 6. Self motivated and willing to work in a Start-up environment Candidate must be willing to work in any US time zones..(EST, CST or PST)
