• Act as an intermediary between the organization and customer such as dealing with the complaints and queries of consumers.
• Preparation of set answers in order to reply to customer queries immediately without wasting any more time.
• Should have dual qualities of time management, patience and ability to speak to customers with confidence and conviction.
• Should have an attitude that is well approachable by consumers and understanding their problems.
• Should have extremely good listening skills in order to understand what the consumers want to say or express.
• Ensuring the satisfaction of customers in every stage of the process.

• Handling Inbound International Voice calls and Outbound calls.
• Resolving the technical issues related to software for US based clients.
• Document the calls to ensure all information is captured.
• Maintaining secrecy of data.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process.
• Basic Knowledge of computer troubleshooting, Internet.
• Should be able to work in rotational night shifts.
• Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
