Job Description
• 2-5 years of experience with the full life-cycle recruiting work flow in the US IT Domain. • Candidates must have experience in End to End US IT Recruitment process across various IT technologies. • Experience using recruitment portals like Dice, Monster and LinkedIn. • Experienced in all recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, short listing and candidate evaluation. • Good understanding of various IT technologies and job roles. • Ability to easily understand job requirements and screen resumes accordingly. • Must have excellent Boolean search skills as well as cold calling abilities. • Must be able to independently source candidates and create a candidate pool of qualified resumes.
