Role: Tele calling / Tele Marketing, Delhi – NCR ( East of Kailash) Your responsibilities will include: - • To be brand ambassador of the company and create excellent first impression of the company • To take care of front office • To manage national / international phone calls • To manage inward and outward calls • To prepare daily / weekly / monthly MIS • To create proposals as advised by sales managers • To do computer based work like internet searching, database preparation, etc. • To assist HR and Admin department for related work Ideal profile • Self-starter, seeking a new professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential. • Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience. •Excellent oral and written communication skills in English • Very high ethical standards • Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours • Willing to start early in morning 6 am (Australia timings) • Bachelor’s degree required. • Proficient and Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
