Required Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills & Convincing Power. • Basic technical knowledge of PCs. • Basic technical knowledge of Operating Systems like Windows XP/ Vista. • Basic Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet and Networking. • Good Technical knowledge of operating systems, hardware & softwares. • Good understanding of Laptop/Desktop/ Printer/ISP/Common Software • Troubleshooting Process, Remote Support, Online Support. • Other: International Calling Exp. Must.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to provide technical support assistance to US customers. • Responsible to troubleshoot the technical issues related to Desktop, Laptops & Printers. • Responsible to provide technical support assistance to US customers over the phone/ remote access.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Designation: Sr. Technical Sales Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate OR Post Graduate with 1 year experience as Technical Support.

Excellent communication skills & written English can also apply.

Candidate must be OK with night shifts.

Candidates with good technical knowledge.

Technical Knowledge: BIOS, BSOD, IP Configuration, Modem, Router, Trace Route, ISP Troubleshooting, Networking, internet browsing, mails, Mac, etc.

Candidates Should be able to Join on Immediate Basis.
