Job description 1. Responsible for resolution of issues faced by the customers according to SOP list. 2. Quickly and accurately perform multi-tasks like talking, listening, documenting information, seeking information and problem solving. 3. Work effectively as a team member and facilitate cooperative environment to meet and exceed customer expectations. 4. Communicate with China HQ for working record. 5. Work at home as a SOHOer.

Eligibility Criteria 1. Age limit 18-25 yrs 2. In Delhi/Mumbai 2. 10th Passed, 12th Passed, Undergraduate/Graduate 3. Excellent Communication 4. Basic computer skills 5. Voice Experience would be an added advantage 6. Freshers are welcomed 7. Internet broadband access
