Floor management OPD Management and Consultants Coordination. Registration form Analysis. Appointment and Scheduling. Supervise the dispatch of the patient report. Post procedure follow-up Service recovery in the floor-report to the immediate superior. Should be a member of patients care committee. Front office management Supervising the Reception. Training of the HIS modules in front office with the power users. Schedule Front office duty roster. Administration Up dation, Implementation and monitoring of SOP’s in front office, Floor Generation of daily, weekly and monthly MIS, forward to the immediate superior Coordination of activities inside the centers with immediate superior. Coordination and feedback of marketing. Issuance of medical certificate to the patients as per the doctor’s instructions. Addressing the departmental issue to the immediate superior. Responsible to arrange batch before meeting. Monthly report on patients suggestions and grievances to the immediate superior/management
