Wanted Home Based Call Center Representatives for our Domestic & International (Inbound & Outbound) Processes We are an Outsourcing Cum Software & Hardware Consultant (Technical Service Providers to Corporates globally). We are outsourcing call center and other BPO projects throughout India. We are looking for 5000 candidates for our company throughout India for our national and International processes to be appointed within Dec 2015. Within Madurai, we are in need of Home Based Call Center Customer Service/Sales Representatives for our Inbound & Outbound Processes (Domestic & International) Position: Customer Service/Sales Representative Salary: 10+ (Incentive in Addition) 1. Good English communication skill 2. Basic Computer Knowledge 3. With or without Degree For the Attention of Home Based Call Center (CSR):- 1. The HBE can work from home or from anywhere. To work from anywhere:- You should have latest high end android mobile (with 3G internet) to work from anywhere Or To work from Home:- A Desktop computer or Laptop + Broadband or wireless connection + a telephone or mobile 2. Trainings and other supports will be provided once you are selected by our team 3. Interview would be based on a. Basic English communication skill b. Basic Computer Knowledge c. Basic knowledge in handling our client through phone and emails If basic qualities are there, we will give training to improve the above skills once you are shortlisted. Who can work as Home Based Call Center (CSR):- 1. Housewives 2. Part time Job Seekers 3. Full time Job seekers 4. Students 5. The Retired / Pensioners Other Terms applicable for Franchisees and Home Based Call Center CSR:- 1. For premium Business processes affordable upfront fee would be there. For non premium processes, there would not be any upfront. 2. Affordable Basic Incurring Charges (Towards Training, Software and Hardware Equipments if any) will have to be paid before we initiate training and providing necessary process kits. 3. Affordable Refundable Security Deposit will be collected (varies Based on the process and type of business category assigned by the Business analyst team) Other Information: 1. All sort of supports to the franchisees and the Home Based Call Center CSR will be provided by Technical, Business analyst and development team of Brain Parks to promote the business. 2. Though we work for various clients throughout the globe, We are the direct payer to the franchisees and the HBEs. We are 100% responsible for what we have committed. 3. All terms whichever have been discussed would be reflected in the contract between the company (Brain Parks Technology) and the franchisees or the Home Based Call Center CSR. All Business processes can be initiated either by the Franchisees or by the Home Based Call Center (CSR) only after signing in the Business Agreement. 4. The Copies of the Signed agreement would be served to the franchisees and the Home Based Call Center (CSR). 5. All processes and procedures would be professional and legal as per the law of our nation.
