Commercial Executive Position – 1 To prepare factory orders based on technical/ arithmetical specifications of the customers so that goods are manufactured accordingly for all OEM’s, Coils, Accessories with cold storage units. 2 To prepare technical terms and conditions stating all order related information with regards to payment terms for incorporation in factory order. 3 To prepare customer information sheet after incorporating relevant details i.e. statutory information like TIN/ GST / CST / ECC Number for opening new customer account by finance division. 4 To prepare pro forma invoices as per payment terms for arranging payment in different mode as advance, balance. 5 To prepare sample invoice with all billing and shipping address / statutory / Transport / referenced factory order / Contact information at the time of dispatch. On the basis of this, Factory staff, then prepares the original invoice for dispatch of consignment. 6 To prepare commercial invoice for Cummins order at the time of dispatch thus facilitating accounts section to prepare credit note on the basis of this. 7 To collect way bills like Road permits applicable for dispatch of material to different states, Affidavits from the customer for onward submission to factory for proper dispatch. 8 To collect dispatch documents from the factory after dispatch of consignment. To send the dispatch documents along with cover letter to customers to demand balance payment. 9 To maintain balance of marine Policy for doing marine insurance through CD A/C. 10 To handle customer queries and to resolve them promptly. 11 To co-ordinate with Branch offices as and when required.
