Back Office & Operations Executive Job Description Roles & Responsibilities Candidate would be responsible for handling Back office activities. • Recording, summarizing and analyzing data. • MIS Preparation. • To be of assistance to the administrative heads of the organization. • Cold calling and generating leads. • Manage the front office activities by attending the walk in customers. • Account management. • To support the existing channel network. • Track on outdoor duties of the Executives / Staff. • Attending to Visitors / Clients, handling client calls and queries. • Coordinating with Managers and Team Members. Key Skills: • Good communication & Interpersonal Skills. • Must have basic computer knowledge of MS Office. Eligibility Criteria:- • Candidate should be a graduate in any stream. • Applicant having a Real Estate background preferable. Experience: 2 to 7 yrs.
