? Making calls to prospective customers for Property Vertical. ? Customer profiling and handling customer queries. ? Business Development & Client Acquisition ? Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and processes in the life cycle of a real estate transaction ? Dealing with enquiries and complaints ? Seek and target new customers and sales opportunities, initiate action plans to approach and secure new business ? Improve market visibility and developing the efficient Channel of Channel Partners , Broker, Business Associates or Freelancer to generate sales. ? Generating leads. ? Maintain databases, records, file papers, and retrieve as required. ? . To convince the customer on phone and Explain the product features, services. ? . Follow-up with the customers/clients/prospects. ? Listing in 99 acres, Magic Bricks all properties site. ? Prepare the MIS Report on Daily, Weekly, and monthly basis. ? Work with Sales Operations & Sales Leadership to ensure business is transacted accurately and within pricing guidelines to the highest ethical standards ? Maintain daily call report

Skills/Qualifications Only female candidate UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization Position: Sales Business development Experience: 1-3 Year Industry : Real Estate Good knowledge of marketing concepts.
